  1. What is your shipping procedure?
    FREE shipping info: Valid for ground shipping via UPS or USPS on orders $60+ within the US only. Not valid for wholesale orders. Not valid for international orders.

    Shipping: We use both USPS and UPS. You can choose your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout. All orders will receive tracking/confirmation information if requested by customer. Please include your email address to receive tracking/confirmation info. We cannot send tracking info without your email address. Also, please be aware that shipping may be delayed if orders are shipped around observed holidays when the USPS is closed. Please keep this in mind with shipping times.

    Please note: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misrouted, or returned packages. Please contact carrier directly if this occurs. UPS will not ship to PO Box addresses. We only ship to USA, Canada and the UK. We will not refund money or replace products if we receive official confirmation that your package was delivered. This is not our fault. You must take up the issue with the carrier.

    Processing info: All orders are received, processed, and shipped to destination within 3 – 14 business days. Shipping time may be longer for international orders. It usually isn’t, but we must make you aware just in case.

  2. Is your site secure?
    ABSOLUTELY! We want you to feel safe when shopping with Beloved Body Care. Our shopping cart is protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL technology is the most widely accepted method of encrypting commercial transactions on the Internet. This technology ensures that unauthorized parties cannot access any of your information you place on our site. You will also notice at checkout that the address in your browser window begins with https:// indicating a secure connection. You can also look for the secure padlock. But remember, we are here to serve you.   3. What are your hours and days of operation? How can I contact you?
    Monday – Friday 10AM – 6:00PM EST. We are closed Sundays and most Saturdays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning. Contact us at 1 (888) 580-2757 or customerservice@belovedbodycare.com

    Beloved! Body Care is closed every year during the following times: Thanksgiving Eve – Thanksgiving Day; December 24 – January 5; July 1-5 for our annual Beloved! retreat; National Holidays. Please feel free to place orders during these times just keep in mind orders will not be processed until our boutique reopens. Please note although we observe all national holidays, we will still run sales during this time. We encourage you to place your order on-line if a sale is going on.

  4. What’s the difference between Beloved Body Care & Beloved Spa?
    The philosophy behind both lines is the same; to offer products with the best uncompromised ingredients nature has to offer. Both lines were founded with a consciousness of maintaining the integrity of nature’s generous bounty while caring for the sources by which they’re obtained. It is our belief that everything one needs to preserve, beautify and maintain their skin and hair can be found in nature. With that thought, we have created two lines that richly embrace, nourish and condition the mind, body and soul ethically, organically and naturally.
    Beloved Body Care is a fashionista-chic body care line with an array of natural/organic bath and body products. We have added beautiful signature scents and fun packing which include embracing product names, words of encouragement on each bottle, vibrant colors and recyclable materials.

    Beloved Spa! is just that, spaliciously-chic. We have incorporated global high-end spa ingredients such as fresh juices, pulps and puree's, Açaí berries, Amazonian butters, pure essential oils and much more. Beloved Spa! was formulated to give you the ultimate therapeutic relaxation experience right in the comfort of your own home.

    Both product lines offer a fusion of wholesome and proven ingredients that feed your skin needed nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Recover, nurture and maintain beautiful skin and hair. Feed it a Beloved Body Care treat!

  5. Are you a cruelty-free company?
    Yes indeedy! Our products are happily tested by humans who LOVE their jobs as “spa testers”.

  6. Are your products paraben-free?
    Yes, our products are paraben free. We do not use methyl, propyl, butyl, ethyl and/or any other paraben derived preservatives.

  7. How is Beloved Body Care helping the environment?
    Beloved Body Care has redeveloped its product offering and packaging to incorporate environmentally sound materials that will enhance and preserve Mother Earth. We ask that you help us by recycling all of your packaging, accepting our electronic receipts in place of paper receipts, recycle the boxes used to deliver your goodies (please note that your goodies will be in a recycled box; it may be a little dinged up but it’s worth it to save the trees).   8. Are you committed to my privacy?
    We are absolutely committed to your privacy. Whenever you provide us with information through this website it is secure. We do not sell, rent, or share your information. Your personal information (including name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information) is used only as necessary to process your order. We will only call you if there is a question or problem processing your order.

  9. Can I return, refund or exchange?
    Beloved Body Care is committed to offering its customers the best natural beauty products available. In creating our products, each is unique and made to order so please be aware that all sales are final and are not subject to return or refund. There are no refunds. Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item your claim must be received within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

    Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days of the day the package was received (as long as the items are unused). If you are returning a package please use an insured and pre-paid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. NO CASH REFUNDS.

    Unauthorized, refused, returned, misrouted, orders will not be refunded. Cancellations of any order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee based on product total.

  10. I’m mellllllttttting! Summer transit concerns?
    Our butters and some scrubs have a low melting point due to the high content of Shea Butter and Coconut Oil. If shipped during hot weather, the product may melt. If melting at any time occurs, simply place the product in a cool place or refrigerate and it will solidify. The melting will not affect the quality of the product, but the whipped consistency may change for hair butter and virgin coconut butter. Unfortunately, we will not be responsible for any of the aforementioned products that melt during shipping or if left in a hot environment. We suggest you expedite shipping for these decadent products especially if you’re on or near the west coast as ground shipping usually takes longer.

  11. Are there any precautions or medical disclaimers I should know about?
    PRECAUTIONS
    • If you are epileptic, pregnant, have liver damage, cancer, or have any other medical issue, consult with your doctor before ordering or using any products containing essential oils and / or fragrances. Pregnant or women who are nursing should disclose ingredient listing to doctor and consult with him/her to ensure product is safe to use while nursing or pregnant.
    • Do not taste any product especially the chocolate based products. We know it’s tempting but don’t do it.
    • Keep products out of reach from children and our four-legged friends.
    • Scrubs & Bath Bombs may cause bath or shower floors to become slippery; please use with caution.

    Information on the Beloved Body Care/ Beloved Spa website is provided to help you choose which products are best suited to your needs and any information provided herein should not be construed as medical advice. If you have questions about a particular medical condition you must consult your physician for answers and/or suggestions. If you have a specific sensitivity or allergy, we suggest you carefully review the ingredient label of your chosen product before using and avoid any ingredients which you believe may cause a reaction. Some common allergies are nut oils and chocolate. NOTE: Our natural products are designed to be gentle to the skin, formulated with nature in mind, though some individuals may still experience a reaction when using new and/or natural products.   12. Are your products certified organic by the USDA?
    Beloved!’s finished products aren’t certified organic by the USDA, unless otherwise stated. However, all of the raw individual ingredients that we use are labeled certified organic because they have been officially certified by the USDA. We are working on our certification with the USDA.

  13. Do you use fairly traded and fairly sourced ingredients?
    All of our raw ingredients are fairly traded and fairly sourced. We ONLY support vendors who engage in such practices. We continue to work hard to make sure all workers are treated with dignity and respect and are paid deserved wages for their hard work. We’ve also use fair trade vendors who use ecologically sustainable methods. All of our Brazilian products are sourced exclusively from non-timber regions of the Amazon Rainforest.

  14. What is the shelf life for your natural treats?
    Beloved Body Care products do not contain parabens or other harsh preservatives therefore, butters, body oils and scrubs have a 3-6 month shelf life and lotions/crèmes/bath bombs/soaks/facial skincare have a 6 month - 1 year shelf life. Beloved Body Care believes in the integrity of offering fresh products therefore we encourage use within a reasonable timeframe to benefit from the therapeutic ingredients. We’re sure that you’ll enjoy your bath and body products so much that using them swiftly will not be a problem. To prolong shelf life you can store any product in the refrigerator between uses. Remember to always store products in a cool, dry environment. Avoid contact with direct sunlight and always keep lids closed tightly. Be very careful not to introduce water in the jars; especially the body scrubs and body butters.

  15. What does handcrafted mean?
    We are excited to offer hand-crafted professional products. Handcrafted for us means that each product is made with the loving hands of a human being; not a machine. We believe you deserve only the best Nature has to offer therefore, we make it a habit to see, feel and smell the raw ingredients used to create each product. Due to variances that occur in raw ingredients, product shape, color, scent and size may vary slightly from batch to batch but rest assure the freshness and quality of the product remains the same. Also, be aware that citrus essential oils may tint lotions, crèmes and/or scrubs a light orange over time. This colorization change does not affect the product in any way. Mother Nature is just settling in.

  16. Is your line certified vegan?
    Most of our products are Certified Vegan by a legitimate certification agency. Some of our products are not Vegan. These products include fairly traded/sourced organic raw honey and/or fairly traded/sourced beeswax. Other than that we do not use any other “animal” products.

  17. What are your wholesale requirements?
    All of our wholesale accounts must obtain a verifiable reseller license. Vendors/Wholesalers must have either a storefront of bricks and mortar or operate a high-end online boutique.   19. Your products are natural and organic, can I eat them?
    I know it’s tempting but NOOOOOOOOOO. None of our products are edible. Be sure to keep chocolate based products away from pets and kids.
